I don't know, I think the whole 'And they all dissapeared without a trace' was never supposed to be the history of the timeline he made, but him taunting you in general.
The name of the movie is 6 Souls, starring Juliana Moore and Jonathan Rys Meyers. As it currently appears, 6 Souls is to be reviled as one of the worst horror films of the year – a deeply unfair distinction. Keeping the hokum and sometimes silly nature of the whole story in check are directors Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein who would go on to direct Underworld: Awakening, a film infinitely more atrocious than 6 Souls. at least it didn't look like a knock off of other similar movies.
